Match Reports
Sun 6th Sept - Triumph Athletic Blue 3 - 1
London Road Colts
It didn't show that we haven't played a match for over 4 months, the
lads came back refreshed and ready to go, the first half we competed
every ball and played decent football at times, We went 1 up when
new boy Ryan pounced on a rebound to score on his debut.
London Road levelled a few minutes later with a good strike from the edge of the box, then from a corner Jack Emery rose and headed from close range to also score on his debut, Jack then went in goal for the second half and played a blinder with 3 exceptional saves kept us in front, then from his drop kick Matty Brown gambled for the first time in his career and capitalised on a goal keeping blunder 3 - 1
Good performances from George and both of the Jacks ensured the win
Well done boys.......Adam
