The club has great pleasure in announcing the appointment of a new first team manager Darren Massingham. Darren joins from Nuneaton Griff where he helped win the Coventry telegraph cup as Captain last season. He is now looking forward to his first move into management, and to help bring the club back to the top.
Events
On Sat the 31st October the club is holding a Race/Presentation night at the social club. This is for the Outstanding Service award for Ken Brown presented by the Birmingham FA along with some of the Coventry City Ex Pros. Tickets will go on sale shortly with the inclusion of a curry and raffle.

Sat 25th July Kenilworth Town 1 - 5 Triumph Athletic
Another good
run out for the team.
On a very difficult pitch we were still able to play some very good
football which was not easy with the grass being very long.
This aside we were able to have a 4-0 lead at half time which aloud me
to make changes and experiment with different formations.
It was good to see that the lads were taking into a game some of the things that we have been working on in training, but there is still lots to do before the 22nd August, but I am happy with the progress that we are making as a club.
Sat 18th July Coventry Amateurs 0 - 6 Triumph Athletic
With a Squad of 22 for the game there were lots of changes planned.
This aside I was pleased with the result and there were lots of good performances. One of the most pleasing things was the attitude of the lads and their work rate.
They stuck with the plan I had set them and they did the basics well as a team.
This was the first pre season game so all in all there was a lot of positive’s to take from the game and it was a good team performance, but still plenty to work on to be ready for the start of the season.
